24-Hotel酒店预订

24小时以上未确认预订单

会员(非会员)在预订24小时后仍未确认，通常是因为以下原因:

1/酒店价格未出台或价格变动，暂无法为客户确认价格;

2/酒店销售部(或预订部)专门负责人不在，他人无法确认;

3/酒店设备故障，传真或电话无法联络;

4/预订客人姓名不详(或不全)，或预订要求不详，需同客户确认;

5/预订客人通过多种途径预订同一家酒店或同时在24-Hotel预订多家酒店而产生重复预订;

6/预订客人电话不详，无法联络;

*因酒店原因(1-3条)不能确认时，24-Hotel将随时同酒店联络并在酒店确认后迅速回复;
*因预订信息不详(4-6条)造成不能确认时，请及时同24-Hotel联络。
